Multihead weigher wash walls
Multihead weigher wash walls provide a dedicated place to clean, drain and store removable weigh hoppers. The arrangement is configured to the weigher model, hopper geometry and hopper count.

Configure the wall around the parts
The weigher model and the geometry and number of hoppers define the storage and washing arrangement. The wall keeps removable parts together within a dedicated service area.
Collect and drain the run-off
Perforated support or drainage areas and a drainage base contain water from cleaning. A hose connection at the bottom can drain collected water and debris.
Position it near the service task
A wash wall can be positioned at the platform or a nearby service area to support hopper removal, washing and reassembly. It can also be mounted to the mezzanine sides directly on the frame.

Identify the weigher model, hopper set and available mounting location. Review the cleaning arrangement and drainage connection with the surrounding platform design.
